Free motion embroidery drawing and colouring on the sewing machine can give a liberty to your textile work. You will learn techniques useful for quilting and appliqué as well as for embroidery on a variety of surfaces. Time will be spent learning the manipulation of the machine and the different stitch patterns and textures possible with simple lines or a zigzag. You will also learn how to use tension techniques that you will be able to create with your machine, working with several threads at once and using thick threads in the bobbin. You will also work with soluble fabrics to create lace or 3d objects.

With full board from night before to morning after the final day of the course: 600€, 560€ sharing.
